NeCPC WARP Network
The NeCPC is licensed by the Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) to provide Warning, Advice and Reporting Points for business community groups. The NeCPC WARP Network currently has four WARPs.
The UK Government through CPNI provides Threat Assessments as well as Alerts and Warnings relating to ICT vulnerabilities and incidents and has access to a wealth of information. They developed the concept of the WARP to provide a means of disseminating information efficiently.
